• Content you provide — photos you upload and text prompts you enter for video generation

• Payment information — payments are handled entirely by our third-party payment processor Stripe. We do not collect or store your credit card details, billing address, or other financial information. Our payment processor shares limited information such as transaction confirmations with us for order fulfilment and support purposes.

• Generate video animations from your photos and prompts
• Process payments and deliver purchased credits
• Improve service performance, reliability, and user experience

• Fal.ai — AI video generation infrastructure. Your uploaded photos and prompts are sent to Fal.ai's servers for processing. (Privacy Policy)
• Google — analytics and Firebase authentication (Privacy Policy)
• Meta — advertising pixel (Privacy Policy)

Each of these services processes data according to their own privacy policies linked above.

5. Data Retention

• Uploaded photos — deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing. Photos sent to Fal.ai for generation are subject to Fal.ai's retention policies.
• Generated videos — available for download for a limited period, then automatically deleted
• Account data — retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
• Payment records — retained by Stripe as required by financial regulations
• Analytics data — retained according to each third-party service's policies (see Section 3)

6. Your Rights

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we process it. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell your data).
