Picto.Video is an AI-powered photo animation service that generates short videos from still images. The Service operates entirely in your web browser, with AI processing performed by third-party infrastructure providers on our behalf.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Picto.Video, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree not to use Picto.Video to create, upload, share, or distribute any content that is:
Consent and rights of individuals in photos: You represent and warrant that you have the right to use any photo you upload. For photos of living individuals, you must have their consent or a reasonable basis to use their likeness (such as being their family member or having their permission). You must not upload photos of any person for the purpose of harassing, stalking, shaming, or violating their dignity. For historical or archival photos where consent cannot be obtained, you are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful and respectful.
Zero tolerance for sexual content: We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy for sexually explicit or pornographic content. Any account found uploading, generating, or attempting to generate sexual content — particularly non-consensual intimate imagery or any content involving minors — will be immediately and permanently terminated without notice. We may report such activity to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Your content: You retain full ownership of the images and prompts you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your requested videos. We do not claim any ownership of your uploaded content.
Generated videos: The videos generated by the Service are yours to use, including for commercial purposes, provided you comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Our content: The Picto.Video name, logo, website design, user interface, and underlying technology are our intellectual property and may not be copied, modified, or used without our prior written consent.
No AI training: We do not use your uploaded photos or generated videos to train AI models.
Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and may not be an accurate representation of any real person, place, or event. Generated content is intended for personal and creative purposes. You acknowledge that:
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Picto.Video provides digital goods that are generated on demand using paid AI infrastructure.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. This choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections afforded by the laws of your country of residence.
Informal resolution first: Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 45 days.
Binding arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) under its rules then in effect. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in London, England, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Class action waiver: YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.
Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights. Claims within the jurisdiction of a small claims court may be brought in such court.
Opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of first using the Service. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Picto.Video regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
