You agree not to use Picto.Video to create, upload, share, or distribute any content that is:

• Abusive, hateful, or discriminatory
• Sexually explicit or NSFW
• Promoting violence, self-harm, or harassment
• Misleading, impersonating, or defamatory

Picto.Video reserves the right to block, suspend, or remove any content or account found violating these terms.

2. Ownership and Use of Content

You retain ownership of the images and prompts you upload. By using the service, you grant Picto.Video the right to process your content solely for the purpose of generating videos.

The generated videos are yours to use, including for commercial purposes, provided you comply with these Terms.

3. Fair Use and Abuse Prevention

Automated use, scraping, or abusing the generation API is not allowed. If abnormal activity is detected, your access may be temporarily or permanently restricted.

4. No Warranty

Picto.Video is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or accuracy of generated content.

5. Limitation of Liability

Picto.Video shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

6. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
